Seng Cars World Sdn Bhd, a one-stop car ownership solution centre launched a new approach to buying used cars – ‘Video Call Buy Car’ (“VCBC”) at the Seng Cars World Video Call Buy Car Show held yesterday. Through the new service, customers can view and purchase their desired used car via smartphone from the comfort and safety of their home.
Taking the used car buying experience a notch above during the current pandemic situation, ‘VCBC’ facilitates the car buying process by reducing the need for physical contact. The approach is simple; customers will first make an appointment with a Seng Cars World’s Sales Advisor (“SA”) to view the cars via video conference call. After the viewing and once the sale is confirmed, the SA will assist to process the booking.
Finally, upon loan approval/payment made, the car will then be delivered to their doorstep.
The Seng Cars Inspection Graded System provides customers with easy access to actual car condition.
