The quick cycle of 1 year brings us again to another instalment of Retro Havoc, and this time, back within Klang Valley where the central of all-car-things-modified in Sunway, at the BRT Multi-storey car park! Conquering 3 floors and filled with over 200 cars, we got to feast our eyes to the multiverse of cars between Retro and Modern Classics at the show, from the more sought after JDMs, to the more uncommon Euros and American cars in Malaysia.
This year's rendition also calls for something special, as we got our hands involved in displaying some cars too at RH2018. Keeping in theme with 'Retro', we displayed 4 defining examples which we think depicts the coolest era of Modern Classics. Our silver on gold pairing display saw a Nissan Skyline BNR32 sitting on Work Meister S1 & a very special Honda NSX NA2 Type-S, sitting on SSR Type Cs. What makes the Type-S special is that, it is a lightweight version of a standard NSX that comes with a 6-speed manual, carbon Recaro bucket seats, Momo steering wheel, and an overall of 50kgs lighter. Representing Europe, we also displayed an Asia Classic Car Challenge race car in the form of a classic 911 sitting on RSR styled body and a concourse Ferrari F355 Berlinetta in Rosso Corsa.
With International guests like Option Magazine Japan, 有限会社 スターロード Starroad, Stancenation Japan and the guys from Classicsracer from Hong Kong, RH2018 levels another bar to the retro scene again in Malaysia.
