Mercedes-Benz Malaysia just launched 3 new cars in their premium SUV lineup, one of which is the flagship GLS 450 4MATIC AMG Line. The largest and most luxurious SUV claimed by Mercedes-Benz to be priced at RM 899, 888 before insurance. Kindly note that the price is including the 10% sales tax as the vehicle is expected to be delivered in 2021.
On the exterior of the GLS 450, there are some elements added to enhance the overall presence such as: the upright radiator grille in an octagonal SUV interpretation, chrome-plated underguard in the front apron with the bone-shaped air inlet grille, and the bonnet with two power domes. The GLS also equips with MULTIBEAM LED headlamps, with a total of 112 LEDs per headlamp.
Since this is the flagship model of the lineup, the inside of the GLS 450 is filled with luxurious features. Nappa leather wrapped seats come as standard. The driver gets to enjoy a new multifunction sports steering wheel paired with the large touchscreen of the MBUX infotainment system. The rear passengers also get two 11.6-inch touchscreens to experience the MBUX Rear Seat Entertainment System.
All seats are electrically adjustable as standard. The same applies to the EASY-ENTRY function, which makes it easy to get into and out of the two individual seats in the third row. For this, the seats in the second row move a long way forwards and fold forwards. To make full use of the 2400-litre boot space, is just one click away by using the “ALL” button to fold down the second and the third row of the seats.
