Premiered globally back in December 2017, it is the brand's first take at a Super SUV since the LM002 back in the mid-80s. First shown at Geneva in 2012, it's taken Lamborghini over 5 years to take the bold step into this niche super luxury SUV segment. With over 30 units booked prior to the launch, the new Lamborghini Urus debuts strongly in Malaysia for the very first time! The Urus is powered by a 4.0-litre Twin Turbo engine, producing 650bhp and 850nm off the factory line, with a 0-100 sprint of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 305km/h. Building on a visionary approach that combines Lamborghini's DNA on an SUV shape, the Urus prioritises daily usability paired with super sports performance and driving dynamics. Featuring 7 available modes, the Urus is able to send up to 87% of power to its rear wheels, through an active torque vectoring system from its rear differential. But the highlight feature for us has to be the Carbon Ceramic Brakes, measuring up at 440mm up front!!! Lamborghini has taken cues from the LM002, and adopted the two-thirds body, one-third window ratio of a Lamborghini sports car design into the Urus, making it one of the sleekest SUV on the market. The Urus is set to be priced around RM800k+ before tax and options, and delivery will take place as early as July. Expect it to be north of RM2mil once taxed and loaded. Thanks Lamborghini Malaysia for the early preview today, enjoy our first look at the new Urus SUV! #NoEqual #LayanEverything
